The process of Getting Started

Do You Accept My Insurance?

Solanja accepts several insurance plans. Please schedule a consultation to learn if yours  is accepted.

How does the insurance work?

This practice uses different online portals to bill through insurance. Once you provide your personal and insurance information the insurance benefits can be verified before your first appointment. This way you know what your financial responsibility is ahead of time but this is subject to insurance changes that are beyond therapist’s knowledge and control.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that things in life may prevent you from keeping your appointment. We ask that you contact our staff at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel with at least 24 hours notice or do not show up, a full fee of $110 for the appointment will be charged to your account automatically. Also, if you are scheduled for your first appointment and the paperwork is not completed the session will be automatically cancelled and your card will be charged.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

Under the No Surprises Act (H.R. 133 – effective January 1, 2022), health care providers need to give clients or patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

This Good Faith Estimate (GFE) shows the costs of items and services you can reasonably expect for your health care needs.

You have the right to receive a GFE for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

The GFE does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You may experience additional charges if complications or exceptional circumstances occur.
