Where are you located?

In-person appointments are provided in El Paso, TX.

How does online therapy work?

Therapist provides a link that is shared with client to provide a video appointment after the insurance has been verified if applicable and all the documents have been completed. If the documents are not filled by the first appointment, the session will be cancelled automatically. Telephonic appointments are provided as a back up when the internet connection is not stable.

What are your fees?

$110 to $120

 

How long do I need to be in therapy?

The length of treatment depends on the diagnosis, the severity of the symptoms, the treatment goals established by you and the availability of both the therapist and you. Clients may be in therapy a minimum of six to eight sessions and much longer if the illness is severe. This is a collaborative experience and you have a say in what you need and the sessions that you can attend.

             

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

A good estimate is a document that your therapist is obligated the share with you that helps you estimate the cost of the therapy per session and as an aggregate. Considering that the exact number of session is not exact, the cost per session allows you to get an idea of the total cost of treatment.

 

What if I need to get a hold of my therapist after hours?

Your therapist is not on call and in case of an emergency you need to call 911, 988, or the local crisis center. For any other communication that is not an emergency, you can call your therapist and leave a voice message, you can send an email or send a message through the Simple Practice secure portal.
